Neymar is the newest owner of a movie house in the Portobello condominium in Mangaratiba, Angra dos Reis region, south of Rio de Janeiro State. The house, with six suites, valued at R$ 28 million, has a thousand built square meters and has a helipad, swimming pool with wet deck, tennis court, heated underground cellar, gym with state-of-the-art equipment on a 6000 square meters lot. The house belonged to the businessman Marcel Uchôa.
Neymar’s mansion is just a few feet from the home of Emerson Sheik, a Flamengo striker who was once one of the greatest partygoers in the condo – his nights spent a whole weekend.
To inaugurate the house, Neymar is going to promote a new year’s party to break in and to welcome friends, the Barcelona player is trying to book twenty rooms in nearby hotels, as the six suites of his new house, on a plot of 10,000 square meters, Will not be enough to accommodate everyone – one of them must be occupied by himself and Bruna Marquezine.
Judging by recent events, the mansion of Sérgio Cabral, also in Portobello, should be empty this New Year. The former governor of the state of Rio de Janeiro, who was arrested, traditionally spent the rest of the year there when he received friends and authorities on his estate of five suites, swimming pool, glassed-in sauna and volleyball court in the sand.
