New world champion of surfing, Adriano de Souza, the Mineirinho, reaps the rewards for winning. In Brazil, the surfer divides his time between the family, preparing for next season and with a full schedule of appointments worthy of a true champion.
Even still savoring his first title in ten years of WCT surfer, 28, he admitted he thought about staying longer in Hawaii for now begin training with a view to next season. However, the family was stronger. Besides returning hugs from parents and Jonas Luzimar, and brother, Angelo, Mineirinho engaged to be married to January 23 in Florianópolis, with Patricia Eicke.

The couple, together for five years, officially joined on 23 January at Alameda Casa Rosa, in Florianópolis (SC). The ceremony was attended by athletes who competed in the World Tour this year.
